Other Fandub roles: I mainly do Aoyama in most dubs but I have been casted as Izumi from Fullmoon wo Sagashite and recently as Jeri Katou for Digi-Trek Koushiro.
My first fandub role was Aoyama for the Neko-Tokyo fandub of the first episode of Tokyo Mew Mew. I did the lines in late 2004 and my voice was a little higher at the time and people often said that my voice was nasally. So, over the years, I spent my time practicing and joined the Voice Acting Alliance forums. As for how I got into TMM In a Nutshell, most of that is already answered but I self-casted myself as Aoyama and Miwa since I've done their roles several times before. Before I knew it, I ended up giving myself other roles so I can test out my other voices. But I still wouldn't be able to do this without the other cast members.

BobCat has been an anime fan since Junior High, and has been told that he would just shrivel up and die if he couldn't make a joke about something. While it is somewhat distracting, having what amounts to the crew of MST3K in his head asking questions and poking at everything he watches has let him have a pretty successful fanfiction and parody career. He has been involved in voice acting for about two years, but has had poor luck. He certainly has gotten casted before, but the Nutshell was the first thing he ever got a part in that was actually really made. BobCat is a big fan of Abridged series and now makes his own, Teen Titans Abridged, with Chaltab. His favorite voice to do for any series, though, is Quiche because Nutshell Quiche is basically a preteen girl with laser powers and a superiority complex.

After the dropping of the Neko-Tokyo fandub I didn't get many voice acting parts. The parts I was offered I had to drop because of school. Then when Hika came to me with the idea of In A Nutshell, I took it right away. I love parodies so I was excited about this. Hika is now a really good friend of mine, and I love the people I voice act with.

I got into Nutshell simply because I was bored, saw the audition and thought "My hair looks good,my face looks good, my butt looks good" was an amazing audition line. Plus I adore Ichigo and have always wanted to voice her at least once, no matter how insane she may be in that one clip.
At the time, I actually tried to encourage my friend, who has a much better Ichigo voice, to audition. I was upset when she didn't and was surprised to get cast on a line I did because I had nothing better to do. Though, honestly, I'm so glad I did get cast. Nutshell Ichigo is an amazing way to blow my crazy steam since I don't often get cast for insanity anymore. And Ichigo is so much fun. Thank you to Hika for casting me--Don't give up on me yet,people! DX I'll get better!

I joined 'cause I really like Hika-Mika's work since I first saw your "Lovely TMM Boys" x3. I also heard you back in 2003 as Masaya in Cherry's fandub so I was really excited to work with you. Besides, Lettuce has been my favo character since I first started watching TMM. And I saw she was open for audition so I went for it. After I saw I got the role, I updated the site cause I thought it was a joke. xD! The reason why I like the project is that we can make people laugh and smile x3 And I think making people laugh is a gift. Making someone laugh/smile is really special for me. So everyone in the Nutshell cast does their best for the people to enjoy it and smile. ^o^

I didn't audition for In a Nutshell actually. I believe that Hika had originally had someone else cast as Pudding, but she ended up not being able to do it. Tine recommended me to cover, because I was Pudding in one of her fandubs, and Hika said I could do it "^^" yay!
